Memexitarianism

The purpose of life would be to transform moments of despair or sadness into confusion. Sadness is an emotion that is rooted in the past, and can be transformed into confusion, which is an emotion that is rooted in the present. Confusion can be transformed into curiosity, which is an emotion that is rooted in the future. Creativity is a function of this process of transformation.

By exploring the past through tales and stories of memories, uncovering the contours of confusion by confronting the root of sadness, and following the path of curiosity through the wilderness of the library with createleap (ideation), we achieve a state of creativity.

Memexitarianism (memes, memetics, memory) is the philosophy that creativity is the purpose of life, and that it is the responsibility of individuals to create a space for themselves in which they can explore their past in order to uncover their present and future.

I am sitting on the rocking chair in front of the porch, reminiscing about the memories of the past using thrillshare. I am listening to the rustling of the trees, and looking at the time-stable multimedia work “The Tower” by Leo Solfa. It is the sound of the wind that is the most prevalent, and it is the sound that is the most difficult to read. At some point, I am confronted with the intersection of the past, present, and future, and I am able to read the sound in a way that is meaningful.
