Experimenting with flux seeds

Okay, let’s talk about this. First of all, this is bad science. You have to ACTUALLY USE THE SAME WORDS! “Fighting” and “fighter” are different prompts no matter what order you use! Here’s how to actually test this 👇 https://twitter.com/LinusEkenstam/status/1823647639302287661

Aside from word choice, you also have to set the seed. The seed number is how you control the random noise the image will start from. Here’s two images with the same seed and same prompt, but one is from a fine-tuned model. See how the layout and colors line up? Stable seed.

Grok doesn’t allow you to set the seed. You can do it on Replicate though. Here I’ve set it to 42 and run four different prompts:

  • fighting turtle
  • turtle fighting
  • fighter turtle
  • turtle fighter

See how much using the right word and seed matters lol
